Finesse Projects NSW is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team on a full-time basis in Sydney, NSW.

As a Painter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional finishes and maintaining our reputation for excellence and attention to detail.What you'll be doingPreparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as requiredApplying paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentEnsuring consistent colour matching and high-quality finishes across all projectsInspecting surfaces and finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectationsMixing paints and materials to achieve the correct colour and consistencyOperating and maintaining painting equipment and tools safely and effectivelyFollowing health and safety protocols and adhering to relevant building codes and regulationsLiaising with supervisors, clients, and other tradespeople to ensure project requirements are metMaintaining a clean and organised work site throughout each projectCompleting work within agreed timeframes and budgetsWhat we're looking forTrade qualification or certification in painting and decoratingProven experience as a Painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settingsProficiency with a range of painting techniques and equipment, including brushwork, roller application,
