RACV is seeking a Salesforce Chatbot Developer to join our Salesforce team and shape the next evolution of our digital member experience.
You will design, build and enhance Salesforce-based chatbot and messaging capabilities across customer-facing channels, leveraging Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, Messaging, Agentforce and related technologies.
You will work with Technical Leads, Architects, Product teams and other delivery streams to turn business needs into scalable Salesforce
