We are looking for an experienced and energetic store manager to take the reins of our bustling freshwater store.Location - FRESHWATERHours- Full time -must be available 1 weekend day per week.Salary- competitive based on experience.ABOUT THE ROLE -As our store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations.Leading a passionate team, maintaining high service and cleanliness standards, and ensuring all our customers leave with a smile.You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for staff management, stock control, product displays,



and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our loyal customer base.What we are looking for -At least 2-3 years' proven experience as a bakery, Cafe or Restaurant Manager.Robust leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.Knowledge of food and beverage operations.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work and multitask under pressureHave a hands on, can do flexible attitudeKnowledge of health and safety and hygiene procedures and standards -extensive training will be given.Job type: Full – timeLocation: Shop 14, 1-3 Moore Road Freshwater NSW ****
