You'll lead busy services, recruit and develop our crew and Shift Leaders, drive performance, contribute to managing the overall resturant finacials, ensure compliance across food and people safety and help create a culture where people enjoy coming to work and guests love coming back.This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just their next hospitality job - we're looking for a future Restaurant Manager.What You'll Be Responsible ForAs an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership across all areas of restaurant performance, including:Leading the restaurant through busy service periods and setting the standard on shiftCoaching, training and developing Crew and Shift LeadersCreating an energetic, positive and high-performing team cultureDelivering an exceptional guest experience every dayDriving operational KPIs across service, quality, sales, labour and food costsSupporting rostering, recruitment and people managementManaging inventory, ordering, stock control and restaurant financial performanceMaintaining GYG's high standards across food quality,
