As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Test & Tag Technician to join our team.Whether you're already qualified or looking to gain your certification, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleThis role involves travelling to a variety of client sites across the Mackay region, ensuring electrical equipment is tested, tagged and compliant with Australian Standards.You'll primarily be working in:SchoolsWarehousesCommercial businessesNo two days are the same, so you'll enjoy variety, independence and plenty of customer interaction.Your ResponsibilitiesCarry out Test & Tag inspections on electrical equipment.Accurately record testing results using Test & Tag equipment and computer-based software.Deliver excellent customer service while building positive relationships with clients.Work independently while managing your daily schedule.Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail.Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.Full training is provided, however you'll need to be eager to learn, adaptable and able to think on your feet.About YouYou'll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in your work and is happy working both independently and as part of a team.Preferred qualifications: (but not a deal breaker!):A Test & Tag Certificate or Restricted Electrical Licence (or be willing to obtain one)White CardBlue CardWillingness to complete a National Police CheckYou'll ideally have:Strong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailA positive attitude and willingness to learnA current Australian Driver LicenceWhat We OfferAbove Award wagesA work vehicle to get you to and from work sitesFlexible employment options (Full-Time, Part time or Casual)Full training and ongoing supportA friendly, supportive team environmentA stable, long-term position with an established local businessA workplace where your contribution is genuinely valued and recognisedIf you're looking for a role with variety, stability and a fantastic team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
