At the heart of our offering is a deep commitment to a resident-first approach.The RoleAs the Lifestyle Team Leader at The Bays, you'll lead and support a passionate lifestyle team to create meaningful, engaging and personalised experiences for our residents.
You'll inspire your team to deliver programs that reflect each resident's interests, preferences and care plan, while promoting connection, wellbeing, independence and a strong sense of community.This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, working 76 hours per fortnight,
offering you the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents every day.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a monthly calendar of group activities tailored to residents' needs and preferencesIdentify and nurture residents' individual talents, hobbies, and lifestyle preferencesOversee the implementation of leisure and lifestyle activities, ensuring they meet the mental, physical, spiritual, psychological, and emotional needs of residentsCollaborate with the care team to support residents' care plans and report any changes in resident care to the registered nurse in chargeFoster an inclusive and flexible approach to service provision, ensuring resident safety and wishes are prioritisedSupport and mentor new Lifestyle Officers, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environmentEnsure all activities comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policiesWhy Join UsCompetitive hourly rates from $***** - $***** per hour (based on experienceNot For Profit Salary Packaging - Increase your take-home payAnnual Leave Loading of 17.5% - Get paid more take leave!
