Coastal Cladding is seeking an experienced Cladding Installer or Tradesman wanting to learn to join our growing team.
This can full time position based on the Mornington Peninsula.
As a Cladding Installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality exterior cladding solutions to our clients across the Mornington Peninsula.
We specialize in new residential projects and existing house re-clad's.What you'll be doingInstalling various types of external metal cladding panels to residential propertiesInterlocking, Nailstrip, Standing Seam, Shingles & Ply SubstratesPreparing and measuring surfaces accurately to ensure precise fitting and alignment of cladding materialsUsing hand tools, power tools and specialised equipment safely and effectively to cut, shape and secure cladding materialsEnsuring all fixings, flashing and waterproofing details are installed correctly to prevent water ingress and ensure long-term durabilityFollowing project specifications, building codes and safety regulations throughout all installation workConducting quality checks on installed cladding to ensure finish standards are metWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Metal Cladding Installer or similar building trade roleSolid knowledge of different cladding materials and installation techniquesCompetency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specificationsProficiency with hand tools,
