As a Home Care Support Worker within our Consumer Directed Services (CDS), you'll provide personalised, high-quality support tailored to each person's individual needs and aspirations.Our CDS programs include a range of individualised supports, including iCare (Lifetime Care and Support Scheme, Dust Disease Care and Workers Care) and other disability support initiatives.What you'll be doingYou will work alongside participants to deliver person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing and inclusion.
Your role may include:Providing personal care, mobility assistance, continence support and mealtime assistanceSupporting daily living activities including meal preparation, shopping, transport,
