is seeking a strategic and highly organised Head of Event Delivery to lead the integrated planning, coordination and operational execution of the Sydney Royal Easter Show.This role is central to the success of the Show, acting as the key coordination point across the organisation to ensure alignment of timelines, stakeholders, logistics and delivery outcomes across the full event lifecycle, from planning and design through to build, live operations and bump-out.You will work closely with internal departments, contractors, government agencies and service partners to deliver a seamless, protected and high-quality experience for visitors, exhibitors and stakeholders, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the event.Beyond delivery, you will contribute to future event development, precinct planning and long-term strategic initiatives to support the continued evolution of the Sydney Royal Easter Show.About You...You are an experienced event operations leader with a strong track record delivering large-scale, complex events in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment.
You are highly organised, solutions-focused and thrive on coordinating multiple moving parts to deliver exceptional outcomes.You bring a collaborative leadership style and are confident working across diverse stakeholder groups, from internal teams through to contractors, service providers and external partners.
