Join a business with strong heritage, exciting growth ambitions, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead a team of around 20 employees and be responsible for ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Lead, coach and develop a high-performing production teamChampion a positive safety culture where everyone goes home safelyDrive production performance, efficiency and customer service outcomesMonitor and improve key manufacturing metrics including OEE and DIFOTManage labour resources and operational costsInvestigate production issues and implement corrective actionsSupport quality, GMP and food safety requirementsWork closely with Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain and Quality teamsIdentify and lead continuous improvement opportunities across the siteWhat We're Looking ForYou're a proactive manufacturing leader who enjoys getting the best out of people and finding smarter ways of working.You'll bring:5+ years' experience in an FMCG manufacturing environmentProven experience leading production teamsStrong safety leadership and people management skillsExperience driving continuous improvement initiativesThe ability to influence,
