You will play a key role in ensuring safety while supporting the operational needs of clinical staff and the wellbeing of patients and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a secure and secure healthcare environment through proactive patrols and monitoringRespond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism, sound judgement, and careManage access control in line with strict healthcare protocolsDeliver a high standard of customer service, recognising the sensitive nature of the environmentAccurately document incidents and maintain confidentiality at all timesWork in partnership with healthcare staff to support patient care and site operationsAbout YouYou are a capable and professional Security Officer who brings:Demonstrated experience in healthcare security, hospital settings, or similar environmentsThe ability to operate confidently in high-pressure and sensitive situationsStrong communication skills and a calm,
