As aCustomer Experience & Sales Agent, you will be afront-line sales professionalwho delivers premium service while driving revenue through consultative selling.You'll engage with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email, understanding their needs and confidently recommendingvalue-adding rental solutionsthat enhance their journey and protect them on the road.This role is ideal for someone who enjoyssales, targets, customer interaction and earning uncapped bonuses, while working in a fast-paced, premium environment.Your key responsibilitiesDeliver apremium, high-energy customer experience that consistently exceeds expectationsOpen and close rental agreements accurately and efficientlyProactivelysell and upsell rental products, including:Vehicle upgradesDamage and liability protection productsRoadside assistance packagesTyre and windscreen protectionAdditional drivers, accessories and other car hire extrasIdentify customer needs and confidently present solutions that provide value and peace of mindAchieve individual and branchsales and service targetsHandle customer enquiries professionally (in person,



phone and email)Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to apremium standardAssist with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries when requiredComplete general administrative and operational tasksMaintain SIXT quality controls, including counter presentation, paperwork and fleet standardsWork collaboratively with your team to ensure a high-performing, well-presented branchWhat do we need from you?
