You will ensure the operational structure, workforce and service delivery capability are in place to successfully onboard and support an expanding client base.The role has broad responsibility across service delivery, people leadership, financial performance, compliance, quality and business growth.
You will lead Home Care Coordinators, Home Care Officers and administration staff while ensuring services remain responsive to the needs of clients and local communities.The RoleReporting to the Head of Home and Community Care, you will oversee the overall performance of services across your area, including:Leading and developing multidisciplinary Support at Home teamsSupporting the continued growth of the division and successful onboarding of new clientsEnsuring workforce capacity and service delivery keeps pace with client growthManaging annual budgets, financial performance and KPIsDriving local business performance and sustainable service growthOverseeing client budgets and effective resource allocationManaging workforce performance, recruitment, training and developmentEnsuring high-quality,
