Agile Delivery Manager – ICT TransformationWe are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Managerto provide strategic delivery leadership across a major business and technology transformation program.This is a senior, program-level role suited to someone who can lead multiple Agile teams, coach Iteration Managers, establish new delivery teams and work closely with senior program leadership to drive successful outcomes across a complex ICT environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Providing leadership and oversight to Iteration Managers and cross-functional delivery teams.Ensuring team delivery roadmaps align with broader program priorities and strategic objectives.Establishing new Agile teams through Sprint 0 activities and providing transitional delivery leadership.Acting as a key strategic support to the Program Director and broader program leadership.Coaching Iteration Managers and Agile teams to improve Agile delivery practices and team performance.Developing and delivering Agile training and capability-uplift initiatives.Facilitating program-level Agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives and planning activities.Managing program-level risks, dependencies, impediments and delivery issues.Supporting workforce and resource planning across multiple delivery teams.Maintaining oversight of release plans and the overall program delivery roadmap.Driving a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.Supporting program reporting, metrics, governance and ICT assurance requirements.About YouTo be successful,



you will have:Extensive experience as an Agile Delivery Managerwithin large or complex ICT transformation programs.A minimum of 5 years' experiencein Agile project management, delivery management or related roles.Demonstrated experience leading multiple cross-functional teams at a program level.Robust practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.Experience coaching and mentoring Iteration Managers, Scrum Masters or Agile delivery teams.Proven experience facilitating program-level ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives and Big Room Planning.Solid experience managing complex risks, dependencies and delivery impediments.Experience working across business-led ICT programs involving multiple concurrent projects.Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution and organisational capability.The ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-moving and ambiguous environments.Highly DesirableAdvanced Agile certifications such as:PMI-ACPThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior Agile delivery professional who enjoys operating across multiple teams, influencing program-level outcomes and building strong Agile delivery capability within a large-scale transformation environment.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
