Location: Norwest, Sydney but we are open to flexible arrangements for the right candidateLead a nationally significant portfolio with strong growth potentialWork with innovative products that support better patient outcomesYour OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and a high-performing sales leader with robust industry networks, strategic commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people and building customer partnerships to lead our Neurosurgery business in Australia and New Zealand, driving commercial growth across a portfolio of innovative neurosurgical consumables and capital equipment solutions.As National Sales Manager-Neurosurgery, reporting to the Director, Aesculap Core, you will lead a team of Sales and Clinical Specialists across ANZ, delivering sustainable growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and driving commercial excellence across both public and private healthcare sectors.You will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, managing major customer accounts, developing national agreements, and leading distributor partnerships.Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will-Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Neurosurgery team across ANZDrive sales growth across consumable and capital equipment portfoliosDevelop and execute strategic account plans with major healthcare providersBuild and maintain relationships with executive and clinical decision-makersNegotiate and implement commercial agreements and bundled solutionsLead national tender submissions and contract negotiationsManage distributor partnerships, performance metrics and business reviewsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomesAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
