We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Super team.
This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This is an prospect to help shape and deliver Mercer Super's advice proposition across both intrafund and retail advice.
Working closely with senior leaders and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll be supporting strategy, service experience, governance, change delivery and adviser engagement to help improve member outcomes, strengthen retention and growth, and support Mercer Super's position in the market.We will count on you to:Support the ongoing development and execution of Mercer Super's intrafund and retail advice strategy, aligned to broader business prioritiesTranslate data, market insights and stakeholder perspectives into clear recommendations, presentations and communications for senior leadersLead and support change initiatives that improve advice services, adviser experience and business readiness across impacted teamsBuild and maintain relationships with advisers, licensees, internal business partners and suppliers to support growth, service delivery and continuous improvementOversee service delivery, governance, reporting, risks and controls across advice-related suppliers and business activitiesContribute to projects, regulatory change and strategic initiatives that impact Mercer Super's advice proposition and member experienceWhat you need to have:Demonstrated experience in superannuation, financial advice, wealth, or a related financial services environmentExperience supporting strategy, change delivery,
