Lead enterprise-wide information governance uplift across digital and physical dataDrive culture change through training, adoption and business engagementShape how data is classified, retained and securely managed at scalePartner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk and the businessThe opportunity to join our teamThis is a genuinely high impact role where you will shape how information is governed and managed across a complex, regulated environment.
Sitting at the intersection of data, risk and technology, you will lead the operationalisation of information lifecycle management across platforms like SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, with a strong focus on embedding effective scanning and destruction practices across both structured and unstructured data.
Through this, you will help protect sensitive data, improve operational efficiency and enable better business outcomes through practical, well adopted governance practices.In the near term, you will take ownership of key initiatives that strengthen information governance capability, improve classification accuracy and uplift retention and disposal outcomes.
Over time, you will play a leading role in embedding best practice information management across the organisation, driving meaningful behaviour change through training, engagement and practical, scalable controls.This is an opportunity to build capability, influence senior stakeholders and create sustainable change in how information is managed, protected and leveraged across the business.

optimisation and ongoing management of information governance tools such as RecordPoint and Microsoft PurviewOperationalise scanning, classification, retention and destruction across structured and unstructured data environmentsOversee lifecycle management across digital and physical records, ensuring consistency, auditability and complianceDrive improvements in classifier accuracy and reduction of false positives through platform tuning and governance controlsDeliver organisation-wide training and uplift capability in information handling, classification and retention practicesAct as a visible leader for information management adoption, influencing behaviours and embedding a strong governance culturePartner with Technology, Risk, Legal and business teams to embed governance controls into delivery and BAU processesWhat You Bring to This RoleYou bring a strong foundation in information governance and a track record of translating policy into practical, scalable solutions that work in real business environments.You will have:Experience in information management, records governance or data lifecycle management within a regulated environmentExposure to platforms such as RecordPoint, Microsoft Purview or similar governance toolingProven ability to operationalise classification, retention and destruction across enterprise platforms like M365Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and governance frameworks,
ideally within financial services or a similar industryExperience delivering training and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groupsThe ability to balance risk, compliance and commercial outcomes in a pragmatic wayStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and partner at all levelsA focus on continuous improvement, using insights and data to uplift governance outcomesFind the better wayWhat gets us excited about working here?
