trades and construction personnel to ensure smooth project deliveryAssist with continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling operationsWho we're looking for:This role could suit an experienced Trade Scheduler, however we are also interested in speaking with candidates from broader residential construction backgrounds.If you've worked as a Carpenter, Site Supervisor, Customer Service Coordinator or in a similar role within a volume building environment and have a genuine understanding of how homes are built, we'd love to hear from you.The ability to build strong relationships with trades, understand construction sequencing and confidently communicate with subcontractors is far more important than having previously held the title of Trade Scheduler.Requirements:Previous experience in residential construction, scheduling, construction administration or project coordinationAlternatively, experience as a Carpenter, Site Supervisor or Customer Service Coordinator within a residential building companyComprehensive understanding of the residential construction process from site start through to handover is essentialAbility to communicate effectively with trades, subcontractors and construction personnelStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentStrong computer literacy and systems capabilityExperience coordinating subcontractors, trades or construction activities highly regardedPersonal qualities:Highly organised and detail‐orientedStrong problem‐solving capabilityProactive and solutions‐focusedAbility to build positive working relationshipsConfident communicator who can build credibility with tradesCalm under pressure and adaptable to changing prioritiesTeam player with a strong customer service mindset
