Reporting to the Senior P&C; Manager, this is a newly created role which will see the successful candidate be responsible for providing first-line advisory and partnering support to leaders and team members across Corporate Functions.
The role supports the delivery of key people processes and cyclical activities, provides practical guidance on people policies and employee lifecycle matters.
Additionally, you'll provide insights to inform decisions, and partners with the Senior People & Capability Manager to identify risks, improve ways of working and support a positive employee experience.Other Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide first-line advice on people processes, policies and employee lifecycle matters, applying judgement and escalating complex or high-risk matters as appropriateSupport leaders to interpret and apply people policies, practices and available resources consistently and effectivelyAct as a key contact for general people and capability enquiries across Corporate Functions,



providing transparent guidance and timely follow-upPrepare employment-related documentation, correspondence, briefing notes and reports in line with company policies, procedures and governance requirementsPrepare change-related materials, presentations and resources for leaders and team membersPrepare regular people reports and analysis to support portfolio insights and decision makingWhat you'll bring:2-4 years' experience in a People & Capability, HR Advisory or HR Coordination role.
P&C; partnering experience will be highly regardedA solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR policies and employment legislationStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse stakeholder groupExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential employee informationStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing documentation, reports and stakeholder communicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems, with an interest in using data and insights to guide decision-makingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related disciplineWhy us?
