OverviewWe have a rare opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join CSL's Corporate and External Affairs (CEA) group, supporting two senior leaders, the Head of Corporate Affairs and the Head of Corporate & External Affairs for Research & Development, Business Development and Enabling Functions, and providing assistance to their teams.
You will be central to the success of a high-profile, globally connected corporate function—managing priorities, strengthening team coordination and supporting leaders.
Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across Australia, the United States and Europe, the Executive Assistant will help manage priorities, coordinate activities and optimise the function's effectiveness across a diverse portfolio.
The role will also provide operational and administrative support to Melbourne-based members of the CEA team, helping drive collaboration, engagement and business impact.
You will thrive here if you are highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced global environment.Key deliverablesExecutive effectiveness: Manage complex calendars, priorities, global travel and correspondenceTeam coordination: Track actions, improve workflows, share information across regions and support team engagement and recognitionMeetings and events: Coordinate local and global meetings, conferences and visitors, including agendas, materials, minutes, logistics and budgetsHigh-quality outputs: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, research and expense submissionsFinancial administration: Manage budgets, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, contractor payments and cost-centre tracking through to completionTrusted partnership:



Handle sensitive information with discretion, anticipate needs and provide responsive support across the CEA team.What you bringAt least five years' experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environmentExceptional organisation, judgement, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels and across culturesAdvanced capability in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with experience using Copilot; familiarity with Canva is valuedDemonstrated experience coordinating complex international travel, meetings and eventsExperience with Workday, Ariba, Concur and SharePoint is preferred; a qualification in business administration or a related field is advantageousClosing date for applications: Wednesday 26th August **** Melbourne CBDThis is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days each week in the office.About CSL BehringCSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
