This role suits a hands-on leader who is passionate about continuous improvement and building strong operational discipline on the floor.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage warehouse operations across two shifts, including direct oversight of two supervisors and floor staffDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and driving down incidentsDevelop, implement and embed continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processesEstablish and manage KPIs to drive performance, accountability and efficiencyDesign and implement robust warehouse processes and standard operating proceduresOversee inventory accuracy, stock control and warehouse layout optimisationManage labour planning,
