Job DescriptionAs the Pre-Delivery Operations Manager you will be managing the pre-delivery service delivery that will meet the monthly business sales requirements.The role requires you to be a hands-on Pre-Delivery Operational Manager that can oversee daily outcomes:Lead and support the pre-delivery team to maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and quality.Oversee the scheduled workflow to ensure delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.Manage the day-to-day operations of the Department.Liase with our sales and the parts department in the same building, with services, and accessory supplies.Lead and manage a team of pre-delivery technicians and detailers.Train staff on inspection, quality control, and dealership standards.Customer SatisfactionDeliver vehicles in pristine, showroom-ready condition.Address last-minute concerns or special customer requests with professionalism.Accessory Installation & CustomisationSupervise installation of accessories (e.g. window tint, spoilers, coatings).
