ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients while leading high‐performing project teams.Key responsibilities include:Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completionDeveloping and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategiesManaging subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reportingEnsuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specificationsDriving strong financial performance and project outcomesMaintaining a strong focus on WHS&E; compliance and risk managementBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractorsLeading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional resultsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have:3-5 years' experience delivering commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction projects as a Project Manager with a head contractor.Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related disciplineStrong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost controlExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilitiesSolid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirementsProven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high‐performing project teamsIf you're looking to join a business where your contribution is recognised, your career development is genuinely supported, and you'll have the opportunity to deliver exciting commercial projects, we'd love to hear from you.
