This role is additional, to the role we recently advertised & filled.This is a permanent, full time role based at our Mt Holland site, flying ex Perth on an 8:6 roster.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake all work in a secure and efficient manner, in accordance with statutory requirements and Covalent policies & procedures.Development of the Condition Monitoring program complementing proactive maintenance plans, tactics, and secure work instructionsManage vibration,



lubrication and thermography based predictive maintenance programs including on-site data collection, analysis and determination of recommendations for rotating equipmentLiaise with OEM's during installation of fixed plant equipment for suitability of the Condition Monitoring programCoordinate specialist condition monitoring contractorsEstablish suitable Condition Monitoring database to capture and collect all relevant dataEstablish required reporting system and KPI tracking to effectively monitor equipment performance.Support planned and breakdown maintenance to maximise reliability and quality of fixed plant assetsIdentify and put forth opportunities to improve equipment reliability and work proceduresProvide maintenance support to other departments as requireRole RequirementsCertificate III in Condition Monitoring5 years fixed plant maintenance – conveyors, ball mills, crushers, apron feeders, screens, pumps, DMS, floatation, etc.Experience in vibration analysis and associated softwareExperience in Oil/wear debris analysis and thermographyRelevant Trade qualificationVibration Analysis Level 2 minimum or above preferredLubrication Level 2 minimum or aboveThermography 1 minimumExperience in root cause failure analysis is highly desirableA competitive remuneration package commensurate with the role, candidate experience, skills and qualifications will be offered.Our team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
