Contract: 6-month initial contract, robust potential for extensionLocation: Sydney | HybridContract: 6-month initial contract, strong potential for extensionOur client:Our client is a large, well-known organisation operating within a complex corporate environment.
The business is entering its next phase of growth, with increasing global exposure through its international ownership structure.They are now looking for an experienced Treasury Analyst or Senior Treasury Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.The role:This is a broad, hands-on corporate treasury position and a key role within the team.
You'll work closely with the Group Treasurer and take ownership across day-to-day treasury operations, with exposure to cash management, liquidity, funding, FX, settlements, reporting and broader financial risk management.The team is looking for someone who can get up to speed quickly, take ownership of their workload and operate confidently in a fast-paced corporate environment.This could suit a Treasury Analyst ready to step into a broader role, or looking for a hands-on opportunity with significant exposure across the treasury function.Key responsibilities:Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, liquidity and fundingManage cash forecasting and daily funding positionsCoordinate treasury settlements across FX, debt and banking transactionsSupport foreign exchange and broader financial risk management activitiesLiaise with internal stakeholders and external banking partnersPrepare treasury reporting,



including board, audit and financial disclosure requirementsEnsure compliance with treasury policies, debt facilities and relevant regulatory requirementsUtilise the organisation's Treasury Management System (TMS) to support treasury operations and reportingIdentify and contribute to process improvements and operational efficienciesSupport broader treasury initiatives and projects as requiredSkills and experience:Previous corporate treasury experience, ideally within a large or complex organisationExperience working with a Treasury Management System (TMS) is highly regarded, with G-Treasury experience particularly beneficialStrong understanding of cash management, liquidity, funding and treasury operationsStrong Excel and analytical capabilityStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related disciplineCA/CPA qualification or progress towards qualification would be beneficialBenefits and additional information:Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extensionHybrid workingBroad exposure across the corporate treasury functionWork closely with an experienced Group Treasurer and senior stakeholdersOpportunity to deepen your treasury expertise across a broad and complex environmentIncreasing exposure to a global organisation operating across the US and EuropeJoin the business at an exciting stage as it continues to stabilise, transform and growFree lunch and subsidised parkingNo travel required
