The role plays a key part in elevating both customer strategy and internal analytical capabilities.What you'll get to doCo-design, execute and monitor Net Revenue Growth Management (NRGM) initiatives to improve top and bottom lineLead the key account planning cycle, including customer segmentation, resource allocation,



and performance monitoringPartner with commercial teams to strengthen customer strategies and identify growth opportunitiesMonitor and manage grey market activities to protect brand equitySupport commercial operations related to trade allowances, commercial conditions, and sales force communicationsManage and develop a Graduate Research Analyst, providing clear direction, coaching, and regular feedbackOversee delivery of high-quality reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support business decision-makingBuild the analytical capability of the team, ensuring strong data accuracy, consistency, and storytellingSet priorities and ensure alignment of the analyst's work with business and commercial needsCreate opportunities for exposure to senior stakeholders, supporting the analyst's developmentInsights, Reporting & Business SupportTranslate complex commercial and customer data into transparent, actionable insights for senior stakeholdersOversee preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarityIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales, margins, and customer performanceSupport budgeting, forecasting, and business case development in partnership with FinanceDrive continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and processesWe'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: 5+ years in customer development, key account management, trade marketing, revenue management, or similar roles within consumer goods, retail,
