The next step in your career starts here ...At Coates, our Area Managers perform a highly valued and critical role, leading multiple branches through a team of Branch Supervisors and Assistant Branch Managers to deliver safe, productive and profitable operations.Based in Bunbury and responsible for branches across the Southwest region, you'll be successful in this role because you can motivate, mentor and develop leaders and teams, build robust customer relationships, and drive outstanding operational and commercial outcomes.You'll Enjoy Variety In Your Role, IncludingLead and promote Coates' Safety First culture across all branches and customer interactionsDrive safe and efficient branch operations, including equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, changeovers and breakdownsLead, coach and support a diverse team, including Branch Supervisors, an Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Coordinators, Mechanics and operational support team membersDeliver revenue, profitability and operational KPI targets across your branch portfolioMaximise fleet availability and utilisation to meet customer demandWork closely with regional sales teams to identify and support growth opportunitiesDevelop team capability through coaching, performance management and succession planningIdentify opportunities to improve branch performance and operational efficiencyWhat You Will BringExperience leading diverse teams across multiple sites or locationsStrong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and support frontline leaders and teamsExperience delivering revenue,
