We're partnering with a leading project owner/delivery organisation to find a Contract Administrator to join their team in Brisbane.
This is a client-side role — you'll be part of the owner's team overseeing delivery, working alongside experienced commercial and project leadership.About the roleWorking on a major energy infrastructure program, you'll support the client-side contractual and commercial administration of delivery contracts, assisting with variation and claims assessment, tracking contractor performance against contract terms, progress claim reviews, and reporting.
You'll work closely with senior Contract Administrators, Commercial Managers, and Project Managers, with solid opportunities to develop your client-side experience on a major program.What you'll bring5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with some exposure to energy, civil,



or major infrastructure projectsWorking knowledge of standard form contracts (AS****, AS****, NEC3/4, or similar)Some experience with variations, claims, or progress payment administrationStrong attention to detail and a willingness to learn from experienced commercial leadersTertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or similar (highly regarded, not essential)What's on offerBrisbane-based, client-side role on a major, long-run energy / infrastructure programStrong mentoring and development pathway toward senior CA and commercial rolesCompetitive package reflective of experience
