AIEF was established in **** in response to community demand from Indigenous families who choose to enrol their children in boarding schools.Bringing together the government and private sector, AIEF provides scholarship funding for Indigenous students to complete Year 12 or tertiary studies, with career support and mentoring to help them make a successful transition to employment.Backed by some of Australia's most influential business, philanthropic, media and community leaders, AIEF has grown from one scholarship student in **** to now supporting over 1,500 young Indigenous people from over 400 communities in every state and territory of Australia.AIEF has consistently achieved annual retention and Year 12 completion rates and career transition rates above 90% since funding its first scholarship in ****.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of AIEF's CRM platform, acting as the central point of contact for user support, change requests and development work.Reporting to the General Manager - Innovation and Improvement, you will also work closely with teams across the organisation to translate business needs into practical solutions, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing system access, security, user support and ongoing enhancementsAction CRM change requests, coordinate with external technology partners and support system development and optimisationProvide training, guidance and technical support to staff, promoting effective use of systems and adoption of new processesEnhance reporting frameworks, including system administration, reporting schedules, dashboards and business insightsSupport improvement projects from planning through to implementation, working with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions and drive successful outcomesUse tools such as Dynamics 365,



Power BI and Excel to improve business processes, reporting and operational efficiencySupport change management activities including communications, training, user acceptance testing (UAT) and stakeholder engagementDevelop and maintain user guides, training resources and process documentation to support organisational knowledge and capabilityCollaborate across teams to deliver a consistent stakeholder experience and contribute to organisation-wide projects and initiativesChampion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and ways of workingKey Selection Criteria2 to 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong working knowledge of associated technologies including Office 365, Excel, Power BI and SharePointHigh standard of general IT, office systems skills and data analysis, particularly Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to produce financial data reports using ExcelBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management, project management or IT systems or equivalent work experienceExperience in an end-user technical support role with a proven customer service orientationDemonstrated alignment with AIEF's values: Authenticity, Tenacity and Audacity, Passion, Best Practice Pacemakers and LoyaltyAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and conciselyProactive, self-motivated,
