You will work in partnership with the Human Resource Business Partners to promptly resolve various human resource challenges and matters for employees and leaders.As a Human Resources Consultant,



you will support Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and leaders by:Interpreting and providing advice on 5 x industrial instrumentsAdvising and executing position management processes including position creation and position reclassificationAssisting in advising and executing change management processesCompleting permanency reviewsAdvising and executing numerous simple policies and proceduresOverseeing simple non-work-related fitness for work processesAdvising on the resolution of easy grievance processesAdvising on the execution of simple performance management processesAssisting with organisation-wide projects and initiativesWorking with a portfolio of approximately 2,500 employeesEnsuring compliance with standards and Key Performance IndicatorsThe HR Connect team do not provide end to end human resource advice/services and do not complete any disciplinary, misconduct or investigative processes.Serco is a place for youYou are a proactive human resource professional with a customer service focus and the ability to build relationships.
