We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented finance qualified to step in and take ownership of financial operations and reporting across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyse financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow), ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policyDrive budgeting and forecasting, partnering with managers to gather data, analyse variances and guide spendMonitor costs, expenses and revenue trends, identifying opportunities to reduce cost, lift revenue and improve profitabilityOwn month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, accruals and adjusting entriesSupport internal and external audits and maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standardsImprove financial systems and processes,
