About the PositionA rare opportunity currently exists for an experienced Building Supervisor to join them in a North Brisbane area.




Responsibilities will include:Management of lowset project homes on greenfield sitesScheduling of trades and coordinating materialsQuality control and time managementWhat we're looking forTo be considered you must demonstrate the following:Current Supervisors or Builders licenceAn ability to manage time frames and deadlines in a volume environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage trade and client relationshipsExceptional organisation skills and an eye for detailCarpentry qualifications are favourableWhat's in it for you:Industry leading builder operating for over 30 years in QLDOne of the industry's lowest staff turnovers - majority of Supervisors in this business 5-10 years plus!
