Work independently on leading the engineering, design, delivery and commissioning of BMS systemsIdentify and drive opportunities for system optimisation and performance enhancementsApply your engineering judgement to identify hazards and safety issuesPrepare detailed technical scopes and information to support quotes and proposalsUndertake Engineering Tasks including programming, graphics and integrationLiaise with work coordinators and management to plan and deliver projectsProvide high-level technical and customer service to clientsIdentify opportunities for repairs, upgrade works,



refurbishments and new businessSupport the Victorian BMS team and help drive outcomes nationally where requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat do we need from you?
Niagara Certification and a strong technical understanding of BMS systems software — Niagara (AX and N4)Experience with Easy IO, Distech or Honeywell WEBS software highly regardedStrong Knowledge and understanding of BMS protocols, networking and communications.Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and specificationsHands-on experience highly regardedCurrent driver's licenceStrong technical and engineering knowledge, with sharp fault-finding and decision-making skillsHighly developed interpersonal skills, a professional attitude and great personal presentationA curious, proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy as well as in a teamConfidence scoping and quoting small worksDemonstrated ability to project manage minor worksProven ability to achieve targets while keeping quality and safety front of mindStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsWhy Grosvenor?
