Ksubi is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our brand new, and seventh, store in Sydney CBD.
Ksubi has built high-performing retail teams with collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do, and we're excited to continue expanding the Ksubi store experience in Australia.We're looking for a leader who brings energy to the Ksubi brand and knows what it takes to be part of a high-performing store.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, develop and motivate the team, drive robust commercial results, and play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store.What You'll DoSupport the Store Manager to drive sales, achieve store targets and maximise profitabilityLead the team on the floor, driving performance, customer experience and strong commercial resultsSupport the Store Manager in reviewing sales and stock sell through and identifying opportunities to improve store performanceHold yourself and the team accountable for delivering resultsCoach and develop team members,
