Little Bloke Fitness is seeking a driven and hands‐on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our delivery/installation functions as we supply gym equipment across Australia.Who we areWe're a family‐owned and growing business.

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, quality gear, and a supportive, high‐energy team environment.The roleYou will be responsible for:Managing day‐to‐day warehouse operations: order picking, packing, stock control, restocking, labellingBooking, coordinating inbound and outbound deliveriesSupervising drivers and warehouse staff, and delegating daily tasks as requiredOverseeing periodic stocktakes, reorganising storage layouts, and maintaining warehouse orderArranging and participating in delivery and installation of equipment at customer sites (when required)Assisting with occasional local deliveriesEnsuring workplace safety, compliance, and clean, efficient operationsHandling warranty processing, coordinating local deliveries and supporting ad hoc warehouse tasksYou will take ownership of our warehouse operations in a hands‐on role where you'll lead by example,



ensuring everything from order fulfilment to site installations runs smoothly.What we're looking forHave previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (ideally 2+ years)Are motivated, proactive, and solution‐orientedHave robust communication and customer service skillsEnjoy hands‐on work and mechanical problem‐solvingDemonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to adaptHold a current Australian driver's licence (and consent to checks)Forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatoryAre comfortable with manual tasks and occasional heavy liftingA passion for health and fitness with an understanding of gym and fitness equipment will be highly regardedThis is a hands‐on role — you'll roll up your sleeves and work directly in the warehouse, but you'll also be responsible for coordinating our drivers and casual staff, improving processes, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
