The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing and property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team with clear career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end conveyancing matters (purchase, sale, transfers, mortgage registrations).
Advise on residential and commercial property transactions, due diligence and contract review.Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, caveats, easements and mortgage documents.Conduct and interpret property searches, liaise with local councils, lenders, real estate agents and settlement agents.Provide explicit,



timely advice to clients and maintain regular communication.Supervise paralegals and support staff where required.Ensure compliance with professional conduct rules and firm policies.Assist with continuous improvement of processes and contribute to business development.Qualified solicitor admitted in Australia with relevant property law experience.Minimum 2–4 years' post-admission experience in property/conveyancing law (or equivalent demonstrated competence).
