Typical presentations include:ADHDAutism Spectrum DisorderAnxiety and mood disordersBehavioural and emotional regulation difficultiesLearning and executive functioning challengesParenting supportSchool-related concernsTrauma-informed care (where experienced)Services may be provided within the clinic, via telehealth and through school-based consultations where appropriate.
Clients are funded through:MedicareNDIS (Self-Managed participants)Private Health InsurancePrivate fundingAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a PsychologistClinical Psychology endorsement (desirable but not essential)Eligibility for a Medicare Provider NumberStrong assessment, intervention and report-writing skillsCurrent NSW Working With Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Qualified Indemnity InsuranceExcellent communication and organisational skillsA commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practiceAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary teamDesirable ExperienceApplications from psychologists with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:NDIS and Medicare-funded servicesCognitive, developmental and behavioural assessmentsParent coaching and behavioural interventionsSchool collaborationTelehealthMultidisciplinary practiceSupervision of provisional psychologists or studentsWhat We OfferWe understand that great clinicians thrive when they are supported.
