In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of ourgo-to-market (GTM) engagement strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
Workingclosely with business leaders and marketing colleagues, you will help bringstrategic initiatives to life through impactful events, targeted engagementactivities, and broader marketing programs that support business growth andstrengthen client relationships.
You will assist in the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of events,including client functions, executive lunches, roundtables, sponsorshipactivations,



and industry engagement opportunities.
From planning through toexecution and post-event evaluation, you will participate in creating memorableexperiences that enhance our brand, deepen client engagement, and generatemeaningful business opportunities.
Success in this role requires the ability to apply marketing and event bestpractices to engage multiple stakeholders and influencers throughout complex andoften lengthy sales cycles.
You will play an important role in supportingrelationship-led business development activities, developing engagementstrategies that nurture connections, building trust, and contributing tolong-term client and business success.
Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will connect them with thebroader marketing function and translating business objectives into effectiveand targeted engagement plans.
Your ability to build strong relationships,manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional outcomes will be criticalto driving success in this highly visible and collaborative role.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a relevant qualification inmarketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, along with provenexperience delivering impactful marketing and event initiatives.
You arepassionate about creating engaging experiences, building meaningful stakeholderrelationships, and driving successful business outcomes through strategicmarketing activities.
You are a highly organised and proactive skilled with strong projectmanagement capabilities, comfortable managing multiple priorities andcoordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
Your ability to buildtrusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels enables you to effectivelyunderstand business needs.
With a customer and market-focused mindset,



you are skilled at balancingstrategic thinking with operational excellence.

You are alsocomfortable analysing campaign and event performance, using insights and successmetrics to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for continuousimprovement.
In addition, you are confident working with marketing technologies and haveexperience using scheduling and email marketing platforms to support thedelivery of integrated marketing and engagement programs.
