Transport ManagerIpswich | Full-time | On-siteA quick look at the roleWe're looking for an experienced Transport Manager to take ownership of a 30+ vehicle fleet and 34 drivers to lead the day-to-day operations of our Traffic Office in Ipswich.
You'll play a key role in delivering protected, compliant, and efficient transport operations while driving performance and customer service.This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and impact.Your core responsibilitiesLead and motivate drivers, dispatchers, and operatives across multi-shift operationsManage fleet compliance, vehicle safety, and operator licence requirementsDrive KPI performance across safety, service, and cost controlEnsure full compliance with transport, environmental, and H&S; legislationChampion a strong safety culture, including near-miss reportingBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external customersOur essential requirementsProven experience in transport or logistics managementNational CPC qualificationStrong knowledge of transport, environmental,
