The role carries real financial accountability across inventory and cost-per-tonne performance, and requires solid judgement in managing seasonal operations and weather-related risk.
You'll lead and multi-skill a team across mobile plant and specialist operations, while supporting capital improvement projects aimed at improving efficiency and field resilience.There's strong support in place for this role - well-documented operating manuals, access to external technical consultants, and knowledge-transfer support from long-serving internal experts.Key responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end production,
