The Opportunity:
CSR is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team based in Unanderra, managing a key territory spanning Goulburn, the Southern Highlands, and the South Coast to Gerringong.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value-focused solutions.
As the face of CSR within your territory, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of customers while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Your focus will be on developing strong customer relationships, uncovering project opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth through a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an established customer portfolio across your territoryExecute sales strategies aligned with CSR's growth objectivesIdentify and secure new business opportunities within the regionBuild trusted relationships with customers, becoming their key point of contactDevelop account plans that support retention, growth,



and diversificationPartner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer solutionsPrepare customer proposals, negotiate commercial outcomes, and close sales opportunitiesLeverage market insights and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunitiesMonitor performance against sales targets and implement actions to achieve resultsStay informed on industry developments, market activity, and product innovations
About You
You are a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.
You're naturally curious, commercially savvy, and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions for their business.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Territory SalesA strong customer-first mindset and consultative selling approachThe ability to build credibility and influence with customers and stakeholdersStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExperience using CRM systems and sales reporting toolsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, resilient, and results-driven attitudeFormal business qualifications or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
