About the roleAs Workshop Team Leader, you will lead, support and develop a skilled team of automotive technicians while helping to ensure the workshop operates safely, efficiently and to RAC's high standards.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:A recognised automotive technician qualificationA current C-class driver's licenceA current Motor Vehicle Repairer's LicenceStrong experience in vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnosticsThe ability to motivate, mentor and support technicians with different levels of experienceExcellent organisational and workload-management skillsA calm, practical approach to problem-solving and conflict resolutionA genuine commitment to safety,
