Contract Resources is seeking a motivated and organised Yard & Stores Coordinator to join our Melbourne, VIC operations on a permanent full-time basis.Based at our Melbourne facility, this role will be responsible for coordinating yard and stores activities, ensuring equipment and materials are received, stored and distributed accurately and efficiently.
You'll play an important role in supporting our operational teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and service delivery.Duties will include but not limited toReceiving all deliveries and checking the goods receivedLiaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stockKeeping detailed records of shortages and spares of itemsUpdating inventory management systems regularlyPicking and delivering goods by using a forkliftOrganising and delivering goods from the store to the department that requiresPicking and packing of Project EquipmentLoading and unloading of goods/equipmentEnsure collaborative interaction between all internal stakeholders and counterpartsEnsure that goods are delivered accurately and on timeRequirements & Experience NeededStrong commitment to Work Health and SafetyStrong problem-solving capabilitiesHave solid computer literacyAbility to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervisedExcellent communication skillsHands on approach and willing to get involved with equipment maintenance activitiesFull Australian work rightsWhite CardHigh Risk Work License - Forklift (essential)DiversityContract Resources is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to principles of diversity and inclusion.
