Currently we are looking for Charge Up Operators for a site in regional NSW.
The role:
Production Charge Up & Development including upholes & downholesBlast prep and post-blast inspections, firing & tie-insOperating various charging equipmentClose collaboration & engagement with production & development crewsInspecting work areas, identifying hazards and ensuring all work is completed safelyCharge up of headings,



stopes & rises in an effient and safe mannerFollowing site procedures in transporting, storing & handling explosives as well as stock controlMaintain and advocate for high safety and operational standards
About you:
Previous experience in Charge Up or Shotfiring in an UG mining environmentDemonstrated background in UG blasting activitiesExperience working in production or development within UG miningCurrently holds or ability to obtain a National Police ClearanceCurrent Shotfirer's Licence or ability to obtain oneBe willing to undertake and pass a drug & alcohol screen and mandatory pre-employment checks
