As a valued lawyer, reporting to an outstanding Special Counsel (with 35+ years' exp), you will love thevariety+ challenge+ satisfactionof managing your own files and engaging directly with clients in2 or more(depending on your experience) of the following:
Civil litigation (eg general commercial/contractual, employment, property/construction, personal injury disputes);
Commercial transactions;
Family Law (eg divorce/separation, property settlements, parenting/child custody issues)
Criminal Law (common/sexual assault, fraud, traffic offences, drugs, domestic violence, larceny).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are an admitted lawyer in NSW with minimum2+ years(OR MORE) experience inat least2 or MORE of:
1) civil litigation,
2) commercial law;
3) family law and/or
3) criminal law.
Have strong technicallegal knowledge, legal research, legal drafting, negotiation and advocacyskills + experiencemanaging your own files.
Canprioritise your time/meet deadlines+proven ability to effectively engage with andmanage your clients;
Are ambitious, results-focused+ with anentrepreneurialmind-set with some experience inbusiness development/generating new client referrals(preferable not essential);
have excellentEnglishcommunication +Mandarinfluency (atleast conversationallevel).
