Working under a PM with projects ranging from $500k -3 million on average

Reporting to a Project Manager
Lump sum, construction management and design & construction projects

You will have
A Construction Management Degree or similar
2 years minimum previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential
Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments
Procore experience is essential
A steady career history and proven CA background required
