This was first used as a mobilisation and training area during WWI and by ****, and was formally established in the early ****'s.
It is home to the Headquarters of the Combined Arms Training Centre, Army Knowledge Centre and Schools of Artillery & Transport.
The health centre services up to **** Defence members and provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental, pharmaceutical and mental health.
There is a 12 bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7.




The standard operating hours are 07:*******:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).
This is a part time position every Monday and Friday.What you'lldoProvide a range of evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative servicesWork with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries with a focus on functional rehabilitation and returning members to their work and exercise goals.Coordinate patient administration, records, and clinic operationsSupport multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service deliveryEnsure compliance with Defence policies, procedures, and confidentiality standardsWhat you bringAt least 2 years' part-time or full time equivalent post-graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 yearsA current, unconditional registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRARecent engagement in Continuing Professional Development activities aligned with AHPRA guidelinesA current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID009)Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (preferred)Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security ClearanceWho we areSerco supports governments by delivering essential services across defence, health, justice, maritime and community services.Through our partnership with Bupa, we provide integrated on-base healthcare to Australian Defence Force personnel across 45+ locations.To learn more about Serco click here
