This includes strategic account planning, proactive relationship and engagement building, sharing of insights, identification of opportunities, solution selling techniques, internal collaboration and proposal developmentDuties include:Utilise a proactive strategic approach to nurture client relationships and achieve sales, growth, and retention targets.Successfully promote key initiatives to clients to promote engagement.Generate leads from new and existing clients.Facilitate strategic annual strategy planning to understand client drivers, environmental impacts, and evolving capabilities and to set an annual account plan that is the foundation of the partnership.Proactive outreach and relationship managementCollaborate with SMEs in Strategic Solutions to identify, develop and execute solutions support client's needsManage client (internal and external)
requests to a high standard.We're looking for an individual who can demonstrate:Prior EAP industry or healthcare industry experience desirableMinimum 5 years' experience in Partnership / Account ManagementExperience with government agenciesStrong commercial business acumen and client centered approachAdvanced sales experience and strategic selling skills across a range of modalities and platforms (phone, email, digital etc)Demonstrated knowledge of the SME sector to determine effective sales campaign and acquisition strategiesStrong ability to articulate product, pricing and manage service expectations in a sales environmentDemonstrated ability to deliver reports on salesStrong sales mindset with the ability to harness opportunities for client growthHighly motivated and committed to achieving sales and retention targetsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and work collaboratively with othersHighly competent in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Experience in Allied Health or Human Resources would be highly regardedThis role involves travel to metropolitan and regional locations.This role involves travel to metropolitan and regional locations.Working at Converge means joining a diverse, talented, and caring community where our people feel included, valued and connected.
