Property Care / Property Management CoordinatorSupercalla Private Properties is looking for a highly organised, confident and practical Property Care / Property Management Coordinator to help strengthen the way we care for our growing collection of premium holiday properties.This is not a passive admin role.
It is a high ownership role for someone who can bring order, calm and follow through to a busy holiday property workplace.As our collection grows, we need someone who can confidently coordinate repairs, trades, maintenance follow up, Property Partner communication and property care reporting.The right person will be warm, practical, clear in writing, confident with people, confident with trades, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.About SupercallaSupercalla Private Properties is a boutique holiday property management company caring for a collection of special properties across Berry, Jervis Bay, Kangaroo Valley, Kiama and Gerringong.We combine property management, hospitality, guest experience, marketing, operations and care to create thoughtful stays for guests and strong relationships with our Property Partners.Our properties are carefully selected, our standards are high, and our approach is personal.About the rolePart Time | 3 Days Per WeekThe Property Care / Property Management Coordinator will help manage the ongoing care, maintenance and improvement of the properties in our collection.This is a permanent part time role, working three days per week.
This includes repairs, trades, quotes, Property Partner approvals, maintenance records, recurring property care items, reporting, Property Partner updates and support with new property onboarding.This role will help connect the dots between what is happening on the ground, what needs to be followed up, what Property Partners need to know,
and what the wider team needs visibility over.What you will be doingManaging repairs and maintenance items across the property collectionCoordinating trades, contractors and suppliersFollowing up quotes, access, bookings and completed worksTracking open maintenance jobs from start to finishSeeking Property Partner approvals where requiredConducting regular property inspectionsPreparing regular Property Partner updates and property care reportsPreparing internal updates for the directors and wider teamIdentifying recurring issues and helping create longer term solutionsSupporting periodic maintenance and seasonal property preparationHelping onboard new properties from a property care and operational perspectiveBuilding strong working relationships with trades, contractors and Property PartnersHelping create clearer systems, reporting and follow up processesWhat we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is extremely organised and confident managing lots of moving parts.You will need to be comfortable speaking with trades, contractors, Property Partners and the internal team.
You will also need to be confident enough to follow up, ask the right questions,
