You will be responsible for preparing, delivering, assessing, and evaluating training programs that build knowledge, skill,



and confidence across the team.
By providing constructive feedback and practical guidance, you will help shape a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement, strengthening both individual performance and the overall success of Star Aviation.Your work will include:Delivery of Training - Training & AssessmentParticipate in and contribute to validation and moderationSupport and supervise employees to complete their courses as per their Training Plans and course schedulesDeliver courses in accordance with Training Packages and industry requirementsEnsure students and employers satisfaction benchmarks are met or exceededAdministrationMaintain accurate student and course records and complete all required reportingContribute to continuous improvement of the Training department and wider organisationCompleting, filing, and uploading training recordsComplianceParticipate and contribute to internal and external auditsLead by example by demonstrating Star Aviation and Client safety behaviours, actively promoting, and strengthening a positive safety cultureDesired Skills and ExperienceWe're looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of the aviation industry, who can deliver and support training across operational functions.
To succeed, you'll need to be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, solutions-focused, approachable and confident in communicating and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.Mandatory requirementThe role requires the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
